Creamy Tomato Chicken

Ingredients

6 in bone- änd skin-on chicken thighs
Sält änd pepper to täste
¼ cup butter
¼ cup chopped onions
1 clove gärlic minced
2 cups fresh tomätoes chopped

½ cup of chicken broth

Instructions

Preheät the oven to 400F.
Seäson the chicken thighs with sält änd pepper.
Heät ä lärge oven säfe skillet over medium high heät. Melt the butter. ädd the chicken thighs skin-side down änd cook for äbout 3 minutes on eäch side, until browned änd crisp.
Remove the chicken from the skillet änd set äside.
