Ingredients
- 4 chicken breästs, ideälly thin-sliced
 - 1 tsp. kosher sält

 - 3/4 cup low-sodium chicken broth
 - juice of 1 lemon
 - 2 tbsp. butter
 
Instructions
- Seäson both sides of the chicken breästs with sält änd pepper. Pläce the flour in ä shällow bowl or pläte, then use it to lightly coät eäch piece of chicken, shäking gently to remove äny excess.
 - Wärm the olive oil in ä lärge skillet over medium-high heät. ädd the chicken änd säute for 2-3 minutes per side, until cooked through änd lightly golden. Remove the chicken to ä pläte, cover with foil, änd set äside.
